Programme Purpose

The purpose of this programme is:

  • To develop management skills required in the manufacturing, retail sector, service industry and financial institutions.
  • To equip with the knowledge, business skills and competencies necessary to function in the private and public sector as first-line and middle-level managers.
  • To impart specialized knowledge and skills in various business functions such as marketing, HR, finance, production, management, strategic planning, employee relations management, etc.
  • To develop interest and the drive to become successful entrepreneurs and contribute to the economy by job creation.
